Print Friendly VersionSign in to your Webmail. Click Settings > My Spam Filtering
Click the option: Override spam settings for this account
Click the Action tab. Choose how you want e-mail messages handled when they meet the criteria of low, medium or high probability of spam.
Click the Trusted Senders tab: add email addresses or domains to the list that you do not want to be filtered for spam. Emails from these these e-mail addresses or domain names are still scanned for viruses. Emails from these e-mail addresses or domain names are also NOT filtered through the Greylisting feature (if you have it enabled).
From this page you can control which email addresses or domain names are Trusted Senders (White Listed) from both Spam Filtering and Greylisting. Emails from these senders are still filtered for viruses.
Be sure to Save your settings.
