ActiveListing Features
Google Maps support
Our most popular feature: Addict your users to the mapping feature. Listings are automatically geocoded into the dynamic Google map...at no additional cost to you (limited to 50,000 queries per day). Show listings with satellite photos, street maps and topos. Users can search by MLS, neighborhoods, school district, city and ZIP and more!
Database flavors
ActiveListing supports the most popular databases: MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
META tag support
Create META tags for the entire site in one file.
Meta Title Support
Need those search engine titles to be keyword rich and descriptive?  With ActiveListing, we offer two titles, meta title and regular title.  Meta title allows you to have a search engine friendly title for your pages and regular title is what shows up on the page itself for the customer to see.

Very powerful feature for search engines.
Maps Icons
Dont' get stuck with the same icon! Add an unlimited number of map icons to the map. If you want residential listings to have one type of icon and land listings to have anothery type of icon, ActiveListing makes it a breeze.
Virtual Tours support
Hosting your virtual tours with a third party? No problem! ActiveListing allows you to hyperlink to the virtual tour address so that the tour is integrated into the listing. Listings which contain virtual tour links are specially marked as having a "Virtual Tour".
Instant Brochure Creation
Each listing comes with a link to a brochure page that is printer friendly that includes the most important information about the listing.
Customized Brochure Inclusion
If your client creates their own PDF brochures of a listing, you can circumvent the Instant Brochure Creation feature above by simply uploading the PDF. The system automatically recognizes that a secondary brochure has been uploaded to the server and serves this brochure to the end-user instead.
User account-activation
Encourage your users to use a valid email address when creating their account. New accounts are sent an activation email before the user is allowed to save listings, etc. (Creating an account is not required when using 90% of the site's features.)
Multiple Realtor support
The admin section allows the creating of restricted sub-accounts for additional realtors. Create your main admin account and then create subsequent (unlimited) restricted Realtor accounts. Restricted realtor accounts are allowed only to edit/add/delete their own listings. Additionally, they do not have access to default settings that make the site function properly.
Extensive Help sections
Every section of the backend of your site comes with extensive help on each and every section.
Modifiable Help sections
If your end user needs additional help, you can easily modify the help topics through the backend interfage to suit your client's comfort level.
Image Size/Manipulation capabilities
ActiveListing supports many different image manipulation tags: Image CR3, CFX_Image, CFX_JpegResize and the option of no image manipulation. Simply choose which tag your server supports and you're on your way. No additional programming required.
Reporting Features
Instantly find out which listings don't have images, aren't properly geocoded into the mapping feature, which listings are marked as Sold, listings temporarily removed from search results and listings featured on your home page. Even more dynamic real-time reports are included in the Listings Reporting section.
Customized Header/Footer
Get your site running with the least effort imaginable: You can quickly add your design and layout features to include files and ActiveListing is rebranded.
Multiple Listing Types support
Many listings fall into at multiple categories. For example, Residential listings can fall into Residential Listings and Residential Listings with Land. Or Land Listings may fall into Land Listings and Commercial Land Listings. With ActiveListing, it's not a problem. You are not limited to the listing types that ship to you "out of the box". Administrators can add/edit/delete listing category types to tailor the site to the Realtor's exact specifications.
Listing Features support
Add listing features to groups dynamically that can be searched against such as "pool, security features, handicap accessible, etc.". Features are first added into a main group, which you control. Administrators can add/edit/delete listing feature types to tailor the site to the Realtor's exact specifications. An unlimited number of features can be added and they can all be searched against.
Content Management support
Add real content to your site. The backend sections includes the ability to add/edit/delete content areas by topic title. A full-featured WYSIWYG editor is included that even allows for the uploading of images into textareas. Your client can easily manager his or her site with ease and without confusion by using the MS-Word-like editor.
Email broadcasting
The backend section allows for your client to easily broadcast emails to either other internal users (other Realtors), all site end-users...or both. Email broadcasts are pre-configured to include the most lawfully up-to-date specifications, such as an opt-out link and more features.
Open House Bookings support
ActiveListing supports the ability to add an open house event to a particular listing. Your client can specify the date, time and a short description of the open house event. Users who have registered for an open house event are notified by email 24 hours previous to the open house event. All open house events and end-users who have subscribed to the even are organized in an easy-to-use calendar. Users and admin users (including restricted accounts) can remove a user from an Open House Event. (Note: Restricted users can only modify their own Open House Events.)
Listing Reassignment/Transfer
Easily and quickly reassign all listings belonging to one Realtor to another Realtor.
Deletion Protection
ActiveListing supports deletion protection of Realtor accounts and the listings that belong to them. If you delete a Realtor account, all listings associated with the Realtor's account being deleted would normally be lost. Not so with ActiveListing. Before deleting a Realtor account, you are given the option to reassign the listings belonging to that Realtor to another Realtor.
